Required Report Prompt Not Filled Out
A Sage report attached to a Task failed to run because not all required report prompts were filled out.
Next Steps
Check the error details to see if the report prompt is specified.
Review the report prompts in the MyAssistant Designer:
1. Open the Task sending the report and go to the Email step
2. Right-click on the report in the "Attachments" section and select "Properties" to open the "Report Options" window
3. Check if the report prompt from the error (if specified) is filled out in the "Report Parameters" section.
If the prompt is there but not filled out: fill it out, close Task Setup and re-run the Task.
If the prompt isn't there, the report may have changed since being attached to the Task. Perform the following to update the report:
1. Close the "Report Options" window in MyAssistant
2. Right-click on the report in the "Attachments" section and select "Remove"
3. Click the "Sage Report" button in the Email step's toolbar
4. Re-select the report design from the list that opens
5. Confirm the missing prompt is in the Report Options window
6. Fill out the report prompts and close the Report Options window
6. Close Task Setup and re-run the Task to test
